Tillfield Limited weren't really selling on Amazon — they were doing £2,600 a year. But other people were. Unauthorised resellers had built listings for Tillfield's products using wrong GTINs and broken attribution, and Amazon's compliance systems flagged the catalogue and removed it overnight. Tillfield found out by accident. We came in, rescued the ASINs, rebuilt the catalogue with correct data, locked the brand into Brand Registry, and then architected the actual business on Amazon from scratch — picking the SKUs to launch, designing the bundles, defining the buyer avatars, briefing the creatives, and optimising every listing for Rufus and COSMO before most agencies knew those words. Two years later, we run Tillfield's full Amazon operation across two brands — Soft Touch Baby Wear and Dolshe. Soft Touch alone scaled from £2,600 in 2024 to £207,000 in 2025, with multiple SKUs in the UK Top 3 and Top 10 for baby blankets.
